We offer a 100% guarantee. If you are not happy with your product, send it back to us within 30 days of the date of purchase, in the original packaging and we will replace it for you!
Gift Wrapping Service
We offer a gift wrapping service free of charge. This is great for those family and friends overseas shopping for people at home. Simply send us an email at the time of purchase with order number and name, and we will gift wrap and tag and send it on it's way.

We offer a standard delivery service of $7.95 for all parcels. Our courier service provides delivery within five to six working days anywhere within New Zealand. If for some reason this cannot be achieved you will be contacted by phone or email.
The name will be 'Kouldja Clothing' will appear on the cardholders statement for any transactions through this website.
Unfortunately sometimes some of our extremely popular lines do sell out and despite our best efforts we are unable to get any more fabric from our supplier. Should this happen and you have paid by Cheque you will be sent a refund immediately.
Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, you can return it to us in original condition within 14 days of purchase. The product must still have the original tags attached and include proof of purchase. However we do not refund for change of mind. We are more than happy to provide any assistance over the phone if you have a query regarding any product.
